How should I store my coffee? How long will it last?

Three factors will kill the freshness of coffee - humidity, oxygen, and sunlight. Therefore it is ideal to store your coffee in an airtight container, away from sunlight and at room temperature. If stored correctly, your coffee will stay fresh for 4 weeks.

What grind options do you offer?

We offer Whole Bean, French Press, Drip Coffee, and Espresso.

Do you sell/ship outside the United States?

We currently ship to all military APO addresses. Be sure to enter the country as the United States, the city as APO or FPO, the state as Armed Forces Europe (AE), Armed Forces Pacific (AP), or Armed Forces America (AA), and the APO zip code. The tracking information will only tell you when the order gets to the facility, then it's in the military's hands to get it there, so please be as specific as possible with the unit when filling in the address information.

What is the proper brewing ratio?

The “golden ratio” is 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for every 6 ounces of water. However, if you like a stronger cup or pot of coffee, increase the coffee to water ratio.

What are your shipping options?

We use the USPS and UPS to deliver your coffee. The majority of orders will arrive within 2-5 business days.

What is your return policy?

Freedom 1 Coffee is determined to provide all of its customers with revolutionary customer service. Therefore, if you are not 100% satisfied (within 30 days of your purchase) please email customerservice@freedom1coffee.com and tell us why you’re not satisfied. You’ll receive another coffee bag of your choice of equal or lesser value.

How does your give-back program work?

How do I enter a discount code?

On the last page, before you click "Complete my purchase," there will be a box where you can enter your discount code. Once you have entered the code, click "Apply." Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.

Do you offer any teas?

While we may expand into more beverage types in the future, it will not include tea. The only tea that Freedom 1 Coffee enjoys, is in the harbor.
